Salboy and Relentless Circa are developing a 47-storey building on Jackson Street, Manchester, featuring 206 apartments and 170 hotel rooms, with the first W Hotel set to open in 2027.

Waterhouse Gardens – BRWY

Salboy’s Manchester development includes 556 units across five buildings, with the tallest at 26 storeys. Located on the former Boddingtons Brewery site, it’s set to finish by 2026.
