The Huyton Trade Park project, located on Wilson Road, Huyton, was commissioned by the Derwent Group. The site originally consisted of aging industrial units, which were demolished aspart of a redevelopment initiative. The project involved the construction of two modern industrial buildings, encompassing 24 units (classified as B2 and B8) with a total area of 62,500 square feet, along with all associated site works. Services commenced at RIBA Stage 0 in 2021, with construction completion anticipated in 2025. The project scope includes Employers Agent, Project Management, and Cost Consultant services spanning RIBA Stages 0 to 6.
