Montrose Business Park

The Montrose Business Park project for Derwent Group involved building a Lidl and Starbucks on Edge Lane, Liverpool. Artal provided project services from 2019 to 2021.

The Montrose Business Park project, commissioned by the Derwent Group, is located on EdgeLane in Liverpool and involved the redevelopment of the former Liverpool Shopping Park Management Suite. The existing building was demolished to make way for the construction of anew Lidl food store and a Starbucks drive-through. Both units were developed to a shell and core stage, with all associated external works completed prior to handing over the properties to the tenants for their individual fit-out. The project began in 2019 at RIBA Stage 0, with construction completed in 2021. Throughout the development, Artal provided comprehensive Employers Agent,Project Management, and Cost Consultant services across all RIBA Stages0–6, ensuring smooth coordination and successful project delivery for the Derwent Group and the tenants.
