Services for the project began in 2023 at RIBA Stage 4, with construction scheduled for completion in 2025.Artal is providing comprehensive services throughout RIBA Stages 4–6, including Employers Agent, Project Management, and Cost Consultancy services, ensuring the successful delivery of the project.
