The Starbucks at Montrose Retail Park, Liverpool, completed in 2021 for Derwent Group, involved shell and core construction and Employers Agent services.

A new Starbucks at Lancaster Business Park is awaiting planning consent, expected May 2024. The Starbucks store at Montrose Retail Park on Edge Lane, Liverpool, was developed for the Derwent Group and completed in 2021. The project involved landlord shell and core construction, with full Employers Agent and Quantity Surveying services provided from RIBA Stage 0 through Stage 6. This development introduced a modern Starbucks to the retail park, enhancing the area’s convenience and appeal. An image of the completed store is attached, showcasing the high quality of the build and its seamless integration into the surrounding retail environment.

Similarly, a new Starbucks store is planned for Lancaster Business Park, developed for the Derwent Group. The project will involve landlord shell and core construction and full Employers Agent services from RIBA Stage 0 to Stage 6. The development is currently awaiting planning consent, with approval expected by May 2024.
